Ideas presented at the Reinventing Delaware events came from numerous individuals across the state. Guests were assigned a table and asked to present their idea within two to four minutes with questions from their table. Each table then voted on the best idea at their table. At the culmination of the evening one idea was voted the top idea of the night.

Produce a Feature Film (or series) in Wilmington (NP1116.06) Delaware has never been depicted in popular culture, outside of microseconds and the one film that was ever produced here (over 30 years ago) is still fondly remembered and talked about today. And it really didn’t even depict Delaware.
